The EL68 is the log of all manual entries made in the ES&S Unity System from the time the database was added to the sytem until the time the report is generated. This log is ordered by precinct number then candidate then Date and Time of the entry. Many counties enter their registered vote totals via mamnual entry as shown below. Note in this case, the county also made manual entries in the Kitti Wake precinct. The GRP Column indicates which group of data on the EL30A and EL45A was modified; TOTAL VOTES (Group 1), % (Group 2), Optical Scan (Group 3), iVotronic (Group 4) and Flash Data (Group 5). Group 4 indicates these are iVotronic totals, if they were optical totals they would be group 3.
